IISi prevails over Netezza in Suffolk (MA) Superior Court

IISi did not breach; Netezza wrongfully terminated agreement

Boston, Mass. – August 20, 2010 – Superior Court Justice Margaret R. Hinkle ruled that Netezza Corporation did not have good cause to terminate its 2008 Purchase and Sale Agreement with Intelligent Integration Systems, Inc. The Court concluded that IISi did not breach the breach the Agreement and that Netezza wrongfully terminated the Agreement.

“IISi is grateful that the Court, through a Pilot Project that enabled the parties to focus on key issues, moved expeditiously to address these matters. From our perspective, the implications of the decision are enormous. Matters related to securing our property rights will flow from these rulings,” said IISi CEO Paul Davis.

“We also appreciate the fine work of our counsel Robert Kaler and his team at McCarter & English,” Davis added.
